Mid-point of valuation (1/2 the homes were less and half were higher) on May 1, 2010 were at $490,000 just below where they were in May of 2005 at $510,000. Spring of 2007 was the high value mark when mid-point valuation reached $620,000. Unfortunately, sale prices have been brought down by duress sales (short sales and bank owned properties). There are 222 homes currently available and interest rates are still hovering around 5%.
